Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc.

Objective: (HBI) is a $600M company that
owns eight television stations and three radio stations, mainly
in Minnesota and New York. HBI needed a database that would
track job postings and applicants, as well as allow applicants,
recruiters and companies to easily post to and search within
the same database. Additionally, they needed the application
to comply with EEO reporting, as well as be robust enough to
easily track applicants and their status throughout the recruiting
process.
Applicant Tracking Information System (AIMS)
The Applicant Information Management System is a full-scale,
enterprise level application built with ColdFusion and
supported by Microsoft SQL Server. It includes a full-text
Varity search for resume content, and extensive administrative
capabilities.

HBI wanted an application that would achieve the
following goals:
- Allow applicants, recruiters and companies to post and search information.
- Allow administrators to search, review, approve and manage all information.
- Allow administrators to monitor all activity.
- Allow for the easy compilation of complex reports for EEO compliance.
Solution HBI and CIS-One
agreed on a web-based application which would incorporate CIS-One’s
Applicant
Information Management System with custom reporting modules.
The result is a single application solution that handles all
aspects of the recruiting process as well as allows all relevant
parties easy, secure access to the portions of the application
relevant to their specific roles.
